Chempaka Research & Training Centre

Where passion meets Profession !

An emerging practice-embedded academic research hub integrating curriculum innovation, professional standards, student inquiry, and academic dialogue across the K–12 continuum

The Chempaka Research & Training Centre (CRTC) operates as a structured academic hub rooted in practice-embedded research, curriculum innovation, professional standards, and meaningful intellectual contribution.

Unlike standalone training institutions, CRTC integrates research directly into the lived practice of education—from early childhood through senior secondary—ensuring a continuous exchange where inquiry informs practice, and practice, in turn, strengthens research.

CRTC supports research and professional development across:

This continuum ensures coherence across the full spectrum of schooling.

CRTC contributes thoughtfully — not loudly — to the evolving landscape of school education.

CRTC fosters innovation and future readiness through its Innovation Labs and Research Fellowships—thoughtfully engaging with emerging educational challenges while safeguarding ethical responsibility and pedagogical integrity.

CRTC is steadily emerging as a centre of academic research and innovation, contributing to national and global educational discourse through structured inquiry, curriculum advancement, and sustained professional excellence.
